The story of NamilKa

My name is Julien, I am 44 years old, and with my wife Claire, we created NamilKa because we were both experiencing the same thing… and nothing was really helping us.
It all started a few years ago.
I was starting to lose density, especially on the top of my head and at my temples. For her, it was more diffuse: a more and more pronounced parting, thinner areas around her forehead.
It's not something you admit easily, especially when it affects self-esteem.
But the truth is, we started avoiding mirrors. Refusing certain photos.
Pay attention to how the light falls. Wear a cap a little more often.
Little things… that end up adding up.
We looked for solutions.
We tested fibers, sprays, and “miracle” powders from elsewhere.
But each time, it was the same disappointment: too visible, not natural, not lasting, or with formulas that we would never have put on our skin if we had read the composition more closely.
And one day, after yet another failed product, I said to Claire:
“Couldn’t we just do something right? Something clean, that actually works, and doesn’t look like a poorly hidden band-aid?”
It wasn't a joke.
That was the starting point.
For several months, we worked with formulators, testers, and designers.
We wanted a fine powder that would blend into the hair without a powdery effect.
We wanted a clean formula , without controversial ingredients.
We wanted it to last all day , even with rain or perspiration.
And above all: we wanted it to be fast, practical, and undetectable .
Because if it takes you 10 minutes to cover an area, you'll give up after a week.
Little by little, the project took shape.
And that's how we created NamilKa .
A thickening hair powder, with shades designed to match the true hair color — not just the 3 basic tones sold on the Internet.
A product that we ourselves use every day.
And we wanted to share it because it genuinely helped us feel better about ourselves.
Today, thousands of men and women have adopted it.
And that's what we're proud of: having created a discreet product... but one that changes a lot of things.
At NamilKa, we don't promise you a transplant, nor a magic solution.
But we guarantee you a simple, quick gesture that boosts confidence and makes you say:
“Okay. I feel fine.”
